· Preparing technical studies for each project of the rural water projects.
· Designing pumping units, mechanical and electrical equipment of all kinds, and water pipelines in projects using mechanical, hydraulic calculations and engineering programs.
· Designing pumping rooms dedicated to the ventilation of mechanical and electrical pumping units and concrete bases for electric generators and diesel engines.
· Preparing the technical specifications, drawings and the estimated cost of the pumping units and the pipeline network for the projects.
· Preparing annual plans and budgets for rural water projects with governmental and feudal financing (the World Bank and the Dutch).
· A member of the Tender Committee to prepare standard tender documents for general and limited tenders for various types of pumping units and pipeline networks for projects, analyze the offers submitted by contractors and suppliers, and prepare minutes of decision on them.
· Preparing contracts for the installation and operation of pumping units with water pipe networks, specifying the supply period and equipment guarantee signed between the two parties.
· Follow-up companies in the supply and installation of all mechanical and electrical pumping units and pipe networks for each project.

· Supervising the installation and operation of mechanical and electrical pumping units, vertical and horizontal centrifugal pumps, and electric submersible pumps in the projects.
· Supervising the maintenance and repair of diesel engines, generators, and control panels for the operation and protection of electric submersible pumps and other electric pumps that have stopped working at the site.
· Analyzing problems related to mechanical and electrical pumping units at the project site and working to solve them.
· Member of the evaluation committee for each water project with all its components (surface or artesian wells, pumping units, pipelines, concrete water tanks).
· Supervising the maintenance of the following equipment:
- All pumps and valves of all kinds.
- All steam compressors and boilers.
- All refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
- All equipment and machines for producing chocolate and tahini of all kinds.
- All special equipment and machines for producing long noodles and short noodles,
vermicelli, and fried potatoes.
· Responsible for preventive, emergency, abrupt, and planned maintenance.
· Carry out periodic and planned maintenance of machines weekly and monthly.
· Supervising the manufacture of some damaged equipment parts in the central workshop of Hayel Saeed Anam & Partners companies.
